Welcome to our new caravan. 

 Our caravan will be available for hire from March 2010.  It is of the highest standard, you will find it very spacious and comfortable.  Everything you will need is provided.  a 22" flatscreen TV with built in Freeview, a Nintendo Wii and a small selection of games for your entertainment, a very well equiped kitchen includes - cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the essential kitchen equipment you will need. 

This is an 8 berth caravan and has a double room, two twin rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge, should it be required.   All the bedrooms are heated, and all have duvets and pillows (we do ask you to bring along your own linen, duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels).  A radio alarm clock is in the main bedroom for your convenience.

A hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board are also supplied for you to use.

Outside our caravan we have private parking, and a lockable tackle box for all your fishing needs.

(Please note that we dont allow fishing kit or any bait to be left inside.  Our caravan is pet and smoke free)

 Terms & Conditions

 1. A £50/£75 non-refundable deposit is due for each week booked.

2. Full payment is due one full week prior to your holiday.

(please allow two weeks for cheques)

All payments once completed are non-refundable and should be covered by  your own holiday insurance.

3. Gas and electric are both included in your holiday cost.

4. Any Parkdean rules must be adhered to eg:-

You must be 21 to book a caravan.

No single sex parties under the age of 25.

5. If the caravan is booked through ourselves with discount, leisure, inc. swimming pool evening and fishing passes are optional and can be obtained from the park.

6. Confirmation of you holiday must be presented at reception on arrival to obtain keys. (unless we have sent you the keys as agreed)

7. Any damages or breakages must be notified of, and paid for. 

8. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be supplied by the park at an extra cost.

9. Our caravan is pet free and there is no smoking and no fishing tackle or bait is allowed in the caravan. (or in the fridge!)

10. This is our private holiday home, please respect it and treat as your own.

11. Our discounted prices do not include cleaning, we expect the van to be cleaned before you depart. If you would like the caravan cleaned after your stay an additional charge of £25 is required payable when booking.

Cleaning products are available for your use free of charge.
